We  want you to be happy with your purchase.If  you are not completely satisfied, you can return the  product to us and we either replace it/credit your account,subject to the below terms.This policy applies to all products bought from Streetwallfashion  itself.Preparing your products for a return :To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible yuu are responsible for the following when returning your products

  1. Package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;

  2. Clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel and include all parts that were sold with the product.

  3. Should a product be damaged or missing any parts at the time of delivery/collection by logging a return on the website.We will arrange a drop off point  closer to you.Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice  replace / credit your account.

  4. Please note Returns and exchange are only accepted within 14 days of order creation.Clearance/sale product:may not be refunded or exchanged.All clearance sales are final and will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
